I am honored and excited to step into my new role as the Head of School for Al Qalam Triangle Academy, where I will lead the development of both a traditional elementary school and a Montessori program at two separate campuses. With over 30 years of experience as an educator, including more than 10 years as a Special Education/Exceptional Child facilitator, several years as a Literacy Coach, and over 15 years as a transformative leader, I am eager to apply my expertise. My key focus has always been on creating innovative and proactive programs through differentiated instruction, collaborative planning, and professional development opportunities for all constituents. I look forward to partnering with our exceptional team of educators and the community to create a nurturing and enriching learning environment where every child can thrive.
My primary focus will be on working closely with the School Board to establish a sustainable infrastructure that will benefit not only the Jamaat Ibad Ar Rahman (JIAR) community, but also the surrounding areas for years to come. By building a comprehensive network of professional and community leaders, we will develop a robust foundation that supports our school’s growth and ensures a lasting positive impact. I am thrilled about this new partnership and look forward to the journey ahead, supporting the growth and development of Al Qalam Triangle Academy with the permission of Allah (subhana wa ta’ala).
